That led to the incorporation of Takaful Malaysia on 29 November 1984 followed by the commencement of operations on 22 July 1985. After slightly more than a decade of operations, the Company was converted into a public limited company on 19 October 1995, followed by its listing on the Main Board (now known as 'Main Market') of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 30 July 1996.
