Kuantan Specialist Hospital (KSH) is a subsidiary of KPJ Healthcare Berhad (KPJHB). The hospital was incorporated as Kuantan Specialist Center Sdn. Bhd.

The hospital was taken over by Johor Corporation on 18 December 1990, and managed by Kumpulan Perubatan Johor Healthcare Berhad. After the corporate restructuring exercise of the company, KSH now is under KPJHB since November 2002.
