Az-Zahrah Islamic Hospital (HIAZ) is a bumiputera company established in October 1997 under Medi-Circle Sdn Bhd under the name Az Zahrah Islamic Center (AZIM).

Basically the establishment of this hospital is to explore the opportunities in the field of medical and health services for all groups especially for those who want Islamic conceptual services.

The Islamic Hospital Az-Zahrah was originally an outpatient clinic which later developed as a maternity treatment center and subsequently as a treatment center that manages cases of Child Expert, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic, General Surgery, Anesthesia, Eyes as well as Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT).

In March 2013, Az-Zahrah Islamic Hospital has been upgraded to a hospital that constantly strives to provide the best quality service to every patient.
